K Partners Hospitality Group LP is owned and operated by Walter K. Myers. His development experience began in the 1970’s in the home building arena in Southern California. After developing a multitude of projects in the western United States over the next two plus decades, he made his first entrance into the hospitality industry with the purchase of a 125-unit full service hotel. From this beginning, K Partners Hospitality Group was formed with the intention of developing, constructing, owning and operating a lodging portfolio. Since 1996, K Partners Hospitality Group has developed a portfolio of hotels that includes relationships with Marriott, Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels.
Looking to the future, K Partners Hospitality Group is committed to the continued development, construction and operation of a growing portfolio of hotels well into the next decade and beyond.
To further position the company for this future growth, K Partners Hospitality Group has developed a dynamic leadership team. The individual team members bring a diversity of expertise in many areas vital to the successful growth of the company including development, financing, accounting, construction, sales and marketing, and hotel operations.
